Munjal was born in India and moved to the US as a child. Watching his parents work seven days a week shaped everything—he started working at 13, understanding early that success demands relentless effort and that no work is beneath you. 

He excelled in high school, nearly perfect grades while being the perpetual outsider as an immigrant's kid. He paid for university himself, often working full-time while pursuing his Computer Science degree. Dean's list first semester, but he quickly rejected the conventional teaching approach—started learning from textbooks independently instead of attending classes. That self-sufficiency became his superpower: the ability to master anything without someone holding his hand. 

His career reflects that independence: programmer, database administrator, over a decade in sales, then business value consulting where his mathematical and analytical background finally found full expression. He founded BVC Solutions, served as CTO at Skillibrium developing AI-powered sales platforms, and guided global engineering teams on complex enterprise deals.
